I am an amateur painter. I've always liked drawing but have no formal training.I've never had to rely on selling or teaching art to anyone to earn a living.Now I'm pretty well retired I am spending more time painting.
I mainly draw figures and faces. I like to work quickly and in a direct way and I like to use bright colours.
I'm interested in cartoons too, just another interpretation of figures and faces, really.
